About the Job
Corporate Headquarters is looking for a full-time Sales Assistants to join our team in our main office. Our company helps our clients with their branded apparel and promotional item needs. This job includes working closely with clients, the sales team, and management. A typical day would consist of answering calls and emails, assisting clients, data entry, and following up on orders.
The ideal candidate will deliver a professional and qualified first impression to all clients. This person has excellent communication and customer service skills. He/she has a basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures/systems and the ability to multitask.
Responsibilities:
Sales Support Become familiar with our product offering allowing for recommendations to clients. Answer and address concerns as they arise. Inform customers about sales, promotions and policies.
Administration Answer phone calls and electronic communication from clients about their orders. Input orders and follow-ups in our ordering software to ensure that product is purchased, produced, and delivered in a timely manner. Take payments from customers.
Requirements:
· 18 Years or Older
· Average with Microsoft Office Suite
· Ability to learn basic new systems
· Reliable, professional, courteous and patient
· Good communication and writing skills
· Very Confidential
· Ability to keep busy during down times
