We currently have an opening available for a Sales Admin Assistant role in the Nashua, NH area and are looking for candidates with excellent attention to detail as well as strong Excel and organizational skills!
Responsibilities:
- Gather and update detailed information into an ERP system
- Taking and processing client purchase orders
- Reviewing and updating spreadsheets
- Coordinate scheduling for shipments/deliveries
- Liaise and provide administrative support to account managers
- Setting up new accounts
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of customer service experience within manufacturing
- Excellent time management and organization
- Creative problem solving
- Strong multi-tasking skills
