Client in Los Angeles is seeking a Sales Assistant to work onsite
Location: West Los Angeles, CA
Remote or In Office: In Office
Hours: M-F 8am-5pm

Job Title: Customer Service Coordinator
Pay: $22-$24/hr
Duration: temp-to-hire
Description: Responsible for assisting with sales of the company's radio and television advertising. Collect payments from clients, fill out time and production orders, and aid in ensuring the completion of advertising spots.
Responsibilities:
*Collect payment from clients that are past due and from those that will need to repay.
*Properly fill out time orders and production orders.
*Aid in the production of advertising spots and scripts and ensuring their completion.
Requirements:
*1 year of experience in the broadcast or media industry REQUIRED
*CRM experience
*Understanding of Nielsen Media Research information a plus
*Bilingual in Spanish strongly preferred by not required
