Local Production Company / Sales Assistant
Pay: $15/Hr.
Hours: Monday - Friday 8-5
Job Duties:
Customer Service:
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products.
- Provide product information, answer inquiries, and offer recommendations.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
Sales Support:
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized sales floor.
- Monitor inventory levels and restock merchandise as needed.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash transactions securely.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and promote special offers.
Minor Programming:
- Utilize basic programming skills to update digital signage and promotional displays.
- Assist in troubleshooting minor technical issues with POS systems or digital displays.
- Work closely with the IT department to implement software updates and enhancements.
Returns Management:
- Accept returns and exchanges following company policies and procedures.
- Inspect returned items for damage and process refunds or exchanges accordingly.
- Maintain accurate records of returned merchandise and update inventory systems.
Applicant Requirements:
- Must have a clean background.
- Pass a drug screen.
- Willing to drive to Henrietta, TX
