Assists the Sales team with coordination of Sales efforts for Praxis and Unette. Supports administrative functions including updating Sales CRM systems, lead generation/follow-up, quote generation, and customer sample requests.
Responsibilities:- Service customers and sales leads with emails, phone calls, meetings.
- Following up on leads and cold calling potential customers.
- Maintains an active Sales Target/Lead lists.
- Assists with Company/industry research (Praxis & Unette).
- Assist the Sales team in coordination of customer tours, visits and events, plans logistics, material and meals.
- Conduct presentations to small or medium sized groups.
- Provides written updates of Sales activities.
- Assist with Marketing efforts, web site, social media and Company events.
- Travels to customers to increase business existing or new, as needed.
- Assist in coordination of customer audits and line trials with appropriate departments.
- Associate’s degree or equivalent combination preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of similar experience required.
- Working knowledge of Praxis equipment and services.
- Desire to work with Customers and grow in the Sales and/or Marketing field.
- Basic Mechanical and mathematical aptitude required.
- Professional phone and email etiquette.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to speak, read and write English in a manner that is sufficient for effective communication with supervisors, employees, and customers: to include reading and writing skills to understand and complete necessary customer paperwork, required.
