Sales Assistant - Discount & Off-Price Division - NYC Alliance Company LLC

In this role you will be responsible for supporting the daily sales activities of the Sales team in the Discount and Off-Price Division.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Build relationships with Accounts and Buying Assistants in the discount sector
• Assist and support the sales team with all prep work for all meetings and presentations, including creating decks and picture packages.
• Assist the team with comp shop / photos and reports.
• Prepare and write orders for entry
• Gather and analyze selling information from customers
• Manage and respond to all customer inquiries
• Responsible for all market planning and logistics in the discount sector; including appointment scheduling, showroom set up/break down, note taking, preparing account line sheets
• Sample management; including inbound and outbound from Factory and Customers in the discount division
• Prepare and maintain showroom for season markets, unpacking samples
