You will have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced Sales professionals, gaining valuable knowledge and skills in the insurance industry.Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service to clients, answering inquiries and providing necessary information.- Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks such as processing paperwork, organizing client files, and preparing documents.- Sales Support: Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure smooth sales operations, including scheduling appointments, following up with leads, and maintaining contact databases.- Client Communication: Communicate with clients to update them on policy changes, address their concerns, and provide general support.- Policy Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of Farmers Insurance policies and offerings to effectively assist clients and provide accurate information.
Salary Range: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Requirements
Property & Casualty insurance license is preferred.Previous experience in a customer service or administrative roleExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteDetail-oriented and highly organizedAbility to work effectively as part of a team
