Job Title: Direct Sales Representative (Door-to-Door)
Location: In-Person, Various Locations
Job Type: Full-Time | 40-50 Hours Per Week
Compensation: Base Pay + Commission, Performance Bonuses, Uncapped Earnings

As a Direct Sales Representative, you will work directly with homeowners to provide information about the products and services we represent. This is a hands-on role that requires excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and a strong work ethic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting & Outreach: Knock on doors within assigned territories, engaging with homeowners and introducing our products/services.
- Sales Presentations: Deliver clear and persuasive sales pitches to decision-makers and homeowners, addressing questions and overcoming objections.
- Lead Generation: Capture key customer information, including signatures, to schedule appointments and follow up on leads.
- Goal Achievement: Work to meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Mobile Communication: Use a smartphone with GPS tracking to log progress and update sales activity.
Requirements:
- Smartphone: Must have a smartphone capable of tracking sales progress and communication with the team.
- Communication Skills: Fluent in English, both spoken and written, with strong interpersonal and customer service abilities.
- Sales Experience: Previous experience in Direct Sales or Door-to-Door marketing is a plus.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using basic technology (smartphones, tablets, and online forms).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to walk and travel door-to-door for long distances, in all weather conditions.
- Professionalism: Strong presentation skills and a polished, professional appearance.
- Reliability: Consistent, punctual attendance and the ability to work independently.
Additional Qualifications:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles is an advantage, but not required.
