About the Job
We are looking for team members to join our Direct Sales team. If you have experience in Direct Sales or Door to Door, we would like to speak with you.
You will meet face-to-face with homeowners to inform and provide them with information about products and services we represent.
Responsibilities:
1. Knocking on doors based on provided locations.
2. Asking to speak to the decision-maker/homeowner.
3. Providing a sales pitch and rebuttal to close an appointment.
4. Capturing potential customer’s information and signature.
5. Mobile cellular connection suitable for GPS tracking.
Requirements:
· Smartphone to track and log progress regularly with our sales team.
· Verbal and written fluency in English
· Strong communication, organizational, people and customer service skills.
· Professional appearance.
· Strong technical capability (basic computer/tablet knowledge, filling out forms.
· Must meet the physical requirements of the job, the ability to walk and travel door-to-door for considerable distances in all weather conditions.
· Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, as well as the ability to maintain a professional demeanor when interacting with homeowners.
· Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
