About the Job
Renewable Energy & Drives US, LLC (RE&D) is a parts and service business servicing Power Electronic Systems. The Sales Administrator role is located primarily onsite in our New Berlin, WI facility with occasional opportunities to work remote.
Objectives of this role
The objective of the Sales Administrator is to support the sales team and ensure a smooth sales operation, in addition to coordinating with interfacing departments.
Responsibilities
- Order Processing
- Receive requests for quotations (RFQs).
- Preparation and submittal of quotations.
- Handle purchase orders, ensure they are accurate and processed in MRP system in a timely manner.
- Maintain constant communication with production when orders are received.
- Record Maintenance
- Work alongside management team to establish a CRM system for every business function.
- Keep detailed records of sales transactions, customer interactions, etc.
- Input historical quote documentation into CRM system once established.
- Sales Reporting
- Compile and submit sales reports to help management team monitor performance of sales.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- Attention to detail
- Ensure accuracy in order processing and record-keeping.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Communication
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with customers, interfacing departments, and occasionally executive management.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team setting as required.
- Technical proficiency
- Familiarity with CRM and MRP systems.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Professional tools.
- Basic accounting tools knowledge is a plus.
- Prior experience in field sales or customer facing role is essential.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 25%.
- Previous experience in electrical manufacturing or field services is ideal.
