What You Will Be Doing:
As the Sales Administrator, for Yancey Engineered Solutions, you will be responsible for opening and receiving new jobs. You will assist with quoting and verify that all customer POs match quotes. You will also manage the invoicing of packages for the YES facility. You must review all details of the order and validate that appropriate costs are recorded prior to invoicing. You will also be responsible for validating jobs, after invoice, ensuring all costs have been received and documents.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Reviewing jobs.
- Inovicing.
- Billing sheets / projections.
- Verifying temp invoices.
- Opening and receiving new jobs.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Adherence to all Yancey Bros. Co. Safety procedures and standards.
- Other administrative duties as assign by manager.
Who We Are Looking For:
To be successful in this position you should have a prior experience in an administrative role, be able to provide a superior customer experience, have excellent problem solving skills and be able to work independently. This position will place you in both an office and shop setting.
Education/Experience:
- High school or equivalent.
Preferred Education/Experience:
- One (1) year experience as dealer sales administration.
Required Qualifications/Skills:
- Excellent customer service, organizational, and overall computer skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Good listening skills.
- Positive attitude.
- Persistence.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Excel and Word.
- Ability to quickly adapt to change.

- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
