SUMMARY
The Sales Administrator – Golf provides administrative support for the Vice Presidents of Sales and the SVP of Sales for US and International. Performs a wide range of administrative and office support activities to facilitate the efficient operation of the division across multiple brands.

General clerical duties
Provide specialized sales support as needed for the SVP, VPs and all sales team members
Prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, and follow through on issues in a timely manner
Assist in managing division due dates to ensure critical deadlines are met
Assist in the preparation and facilitation of semi-annual sales meetings
Run, edit and automate sales and inventory reports in Business Objects / Essentus as needed
Monthly sales rep commission reports
Salesman Sample Orders
Placement of sample purchase orders for:
US / UK / CANADA / OTHER
Continual updates to orders throughout development window
Sample Product Tracking Chart:
Obtain both delivery and tracking information from vendors
Correspondence between Imports and Warehouse:
Review of commercial documents to ensure IT creation, receipt into inventory
Process sample invoices for payment
Initiate and track sample distribution orders to the outside sales representatives

Confirm PO placement
Track delivery dates
Create air requests
PLM Order Uploads
Trade Shows
Samples:
Order samples for all workstations and conference rooms.
Operational Assistance:
Maintain appointment calendar
Trade show greeter / receptionist.
