About the Job
Our client in Sayreville, NJ is looking for a temp to hire Sales Administrative Assistant .
Hours: Mon-Fri 8:30 am to 5:30 pm w/ 1 hours lunch
Responsibilities:
- Make and answering sales calls
- Assist with customer inquiries, prepare reports
- Office duties as assigned
- Explain and provide presentations about product and spec to customers
- Responsible for providing customer pricing
- Other office duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- 4 - 8 years administrative/sales experience
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is a PLUS
- CRM system experience (MS Dynamics 365)
- Knowledge of MS Suite is a Preferred.
- Must be Customer focused/Sales driven
