Opportunity: Sales Administrator Assistant - Hotel Sales Systems
The Sales Systems Administrator is responsible for oversight, coordination, and maintenance of corporate service agreements and programs for our portfolio of hotels. We're looking for an individual who has the ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, prioritize requests, and work independently while producing quality work.

Essential Job Functions
- Perform as the liaison between HHM and key vendors.
- Provide oversight and organization of systems and vendors by the hotel.
- Compile and maintain inventory of sales software and systems assets and their corresponding contracts/agreements
- Manage spend and balance of corporate shared A&P expenses against budget.
- Manage the D&B/SAMregistration process across the portfolio.
- Vendor management of all sales application and service vendors including management of approved contract terms, escalation of issues, and scheduling of resources.
Position Requirements
- Proficient in Google applications and MS Excel
- Prior vendor management experience is preferred but not required
- Excellent organizational, verbal, and communication skills
- Financial experience in sales, marketing, and e-commerce preferred
