The Staff Pad has partnered with one of Colorado’s largest account receivable management companies to hire a Sales Administrative Assistant. Headquartered in Longmont, this industry leader works with organizations across all 50 states, providing expert support in managing revenue cycles.
Qualifications Required:
· High School diploma or equivalent
· Three years of customer service experience
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Proven experience in a sales administrative, executive assistant, or sales support role.
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
· Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
· Experience handling RFPs, contracts, and client-facing tasks is preferred.
· Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings or events (up to 10%).

Essential functions and responsibilities:
· Follow up with prospective clients to nurture leads, ensure timely responses, and maintain strong relationships.
· Schedule and coordinate meetings and calls between clients and the sales team.
· Update the CRM system with all client interactions, ensuring that follow-up activities are accurately tracked and completed.
· Manage sales reps’ calendars, including scheduling meetings, calls, and coordinating travel arrangements.
· This would include coordinating travel logistics for sales team members attending client meetings, trade shows, or conferences (flights, hotels, transportation).
· Prepare detailed travel itineraries and assist with processing travel expenses.
· Handle inbound sales calls and inquiries, distributing information and following up on sales leads.
· Assist with preparing and submitting proposals, including Request for Proposals (RFPs) and sales presentations.
· Serve as a point of contact for clients during administrative processes, including exchanging contracts, compliance forms, and other documentation.
· Facilitate document flow between clients and various departments, ensuring timely and accurate processing of contracts, forms, and agreements.
· Collaborate with other departments to ensure the seamless execution of client contracts, proposals, and other sales-related processes.
· Assist with maintaining sales materials, updating sales databases, and preparing reports or presentations for internal and external use.
· Occasionally travel to support the sales team during on-site client meetings, conferences, or other events, assisting with logistics and administrative support.
