About the Job
Position Responsibilities:
- Digitally archive transaction documents using electronic document management software.
- Facilitate and coordinate third-party service implementations, including negotiations.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, including commissions, contests, and rewards.
- Administer and track dealer programs, rebates, and special offers.
- Review and manage sales orders, ensuring accuracy and maintaining updates in sales order systems.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly and professionally to client inquiries.
- Handle invoicing and credits related to sales transactions.
- Manage data entry, recordkeeping, and document filing in internal databases.
- Screen and direct incoming calls, providing answers to frequently asked questions.
- Generate professional reports for clients.
- Offer cross-functional support to various roles as needed.
- Maintain and update product catalogs and pricing details.
- Oversee the processing of credit applications and leasing approvals.
- Take ownership of assigned projects, ensuring timely completion independently or collaboratively.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (3-5 years in a related field).
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong telephone communication skills and professional demeanor.
- Energetic and proactive approach to challenges.
