About the Job
Job Summary :
This Position is responsible for assisting the sales staff by utilizing the sales
information system to monitor new accounts sold to ensure successful delivery
during each sales cycle and provide future account support.
Principle Responsibilities :
-Daily use of SAP.Proper collection and allocation of sales and shipping documents.
-Invoicing clients and processing invoices for sales-related costs.
-Assist sales team delivery status updated.
-Review the accuracy of information on Purchase Orders; pricing, fees, item
numbers, etc.
-Liaise between sales staff and management.
-Communicate with headquarters teams/customers regarding billing/payment
and shipment issues.
-Reconcile credit card statements of sales staff for sales-related expenses.
-Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Job Qualifications :
- Authorization to work in the United States
-High school diploma/college experience
-Possess effective communication skills both verbal and written
(English/Korean)
-Proficiency in computer skills (Microsoft, especially Excel)
-Ability to learn, comprehend, and apply new concepts quickly
-Demonstrated ability to work with internal and external customer
-Computational skills and experience(ERP, MS Office) preferred
-Accounting, math, and computer-related majors preferred
-Bilingual(English, Korean) preferred
