Role Description:
The Account Manager will manage client relationships and develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and objectives. This role is based onsite in Reston, VA, and has flexibility for remote work based on meeting KPI.
You will also:
- Build strong relationships with clients at all levels, including C-suite executives.
- Proactively identify and address client needs, providing tailored IT solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and projects.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to maximize profitability.
- Cold calling and lead generation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 2 years of relevant sales and account management in (Staffing, IT Staffing preferred)
- Experience with cold calling, prospecting, business development, and building/maintaining client relationships
- Strong communication, negotiation, documentation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and go-getter mindset.
- Team player
Preferred:
Specialty in staffing in IT GovCon and or specializing in Permanent Direct Placements
