Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in the fast-paced Cable & Telecommunications industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by acquiring new customers, nurturing existing relationships, and promoting our range of cable and telecommunications products and services. This role requires a passion for technology, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a competitive sales environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect and acquire new customers through targeted sales efforts, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and upsell additional products and services.
Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customers' requirements and recommend tailored solutions to meet their needs.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments to identify new sales opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, customer service, and technical support, to ensure seamless customer experiences and resolve any issues or concerns.
Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to key decision-makers.
Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics, including revenue goals, sales quotas, and customer satisfaction metrics.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline opportunities using CRM software.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field (preferred).
Proven track record of success in B2B or B2C sales, preferably in the cable and telecommunications industry.
Strong understanding of cable and telecommunications products and services, including internet, TV, phone, and wireless solutions.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions and overcome objections.
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for exceeding targets and driving revenue growth.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
