About the Role:
As a Sales Account Manager you will be a key player in driving revenue growth and fostering long-lasting client relationships. You will be responsible for identifying and targeting potential customers, presenting our innovative air purification solutions, and tailoring them to meet the unique needs of each client. Your strategic thinking and excellent communication skills will enable you to educate prospects on the benefits of our products and guide them through the sales process.

Compensation: A qualified and driven candidate can earn OTE of $100,000+ in total compensation in their first full year. With the lucrative uncapped team bonus, your earning potential is limitless.

What you’ll do:
- Prospect, identify, and engage potential clients through various channels to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Conduct thorough research to understand client needs and industry trends, positioning as the go-to solution provider.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized proposals and presentations that effectively address client requirements.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations, showcasing the value of air purification systems.
- Negotiate and close sales deals while maintaining a consultative and customer-focused approach.
- Nurture and expand existing client relationships, providing exceptional post-sales support and ongoing account management.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to provide insights for product enhancements and business growth.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall success and growth of ThinkLite Air.
What you will bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven track record of 3-5 years in B2B sales as a hunter, preferably in the technology, environmental, or healthcare industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients at all levels.
- Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to understand complex customer challenges and position appropriate solutions.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven, with a passion for innovation and sustainability.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools to manage leads, opportunities, and track progress.
- Willingness to travel as needed to engage with clients and attend industry events.
- Proven attention to detail with very strong organizational skills.
