Our firm is currently seeking an individual to join our team as an innovative Sales Account Manager. We combine divergent skill sets and services to create integrated sales campaigns and compelling customer experiences. Our focus is on creating new customers and retaining the current consumer base through personal interactions. We have found success in adding a personal touch to the consumer experience. The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for working directly with customers and representing our clients during sales transactions with the utmost professionalism. This Sales Account Manager should be consumer-centric and possess impeccable communication and interpersonal skills.
The Sales Account Manager Will be Responsible for:
- Completing new product and service sales using our POS system and personal outreach initiatives
- Mastering all client product and service knowledge
- Answering any consumer questions and representing the client according to all compliant guidelines
- Recommending products and services according to consumer needs and wants
- Recording results of sales interactions with consumers and bringing results back to clients
- Attending daily team planning meetings and contributing individual ideas
- Provide feedback to clients on how to better improve sales processes
- Work closely with other customer relations and sales team members and trade best practices
