Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Account Manager at our Lake in the Hills, IL location. The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for selling work to new and existing clients, answering company phones, responding to emails/voicemails, managing customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, generating leads, maintaining effective communication with clients and meeting clients at their job sites in the local market.

Qualifications

• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Sales experience selling B to C or B to B
• Account Management skills
• Lead Generation skills
• Effective Communication skills
• Strong Computer skills is a requirement
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
• Knowledge of general construction or other trades is a plus
• Knowledge of lawn care and landscape industry is preferred
