About the Job
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage local and regional sales, promotions, and campaigns.
- Plan and direct the hiring and training of new Sales Representatives.
- Coordinate all sales activities, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Prepare sales budgets, projections, and approve related expenditures.
- Track, analyze, and report sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints related to products and services.
- Establish and manage discount rates and pricing schedules.
- Advise distributors and dealers on company policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Serve as the face of the organization to both internal and external partners.
- Set sales quotas and goals for the team, ensuring consistent performance.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
- Identify emerging markets and new sales opportunities.
- Define and execute territory sales plans to drive growth
Skills & Requirements
- At least 5~7 years of experience as a Sales Representative.
- Bilingual in Korean and English / Chinese and English / Japanese and English required.
- Bachelors degree in Business or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and a proven track record in sales.
- Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to audience needs.
- Clamp certification (preferred)
