Primary Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities for Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS) within the assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including architects, engineers, facility managers, and decision-makers in target industries.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively presenting and promoting HCI Systems Inc. DAS solutions.
- Collaborate with the technical team to tailor DAS solutions to meet the unique needs of clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies related to DAS.
- Provide accurate and timely sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence to management.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance the company's visibility and network with potential clients.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project handovers and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record in sales, specifically in the field of Distributed Antenna Systems.
- Familiarity with the telecommunications and wireless industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong customer relationships.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Technical background or understanding of DAS technology is a plus.
- Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
- Compensation: Competitive base salary plus a commission structure based on total project value.

Compensation Rage: $60,000-$300,000
