Job Summary
Home Care Agency is seeking to hire an Account Manager to promote and build our company within the NYC Brooklyn/Queens not limited. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships within the community in order to generate quality leads for Home Care services.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Submitting Daily Reports to Management.
- Building relationships, receiving referrals, and promoting our agency with Hospitals, Nursing Homes community organizations, and physician practices.
- Managing and creating new referral sources (nursing homes, hospitals, community referrals, etc.)
- Conduct presentations to support groups, adult day cares, Community Events, etc. as well as conduct home visits, and personalized appointments as needed to complete the enrollment process.
- Follow up on leads and referrals from family members, caregivers, and other sources.
- Must have a minimum of 1 year of Sales experience.
- The ability to hold events and build relationships within the community.
- Good Communication Skills
- Must be a go-getter and self-motivated.
- Must have a car and be able to travel to meetings daily.
- **Preferred Language: Bilingual in Haitian Creole preferred

Pay Range: The hiring range for this position is $55,000.00-65,000.00 annually. Various factors will determine final compensation such as a candidate’s years of relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and location.
