About the Job
SymplyFi is seeking an experienced, Senior Account Manager with restaurant, retail or franchise industry experience to join our growing team.
The Account Manager is responsible for managing, enhancing, and growing our customer accounts to ensure long term success of our customer relationships and drive additional revenue.
The focus and deliverables of this role include:
- Develop and maintain key advisor relationship with our customers
- Partner with colleagues in other departments to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and perceived value
- Uncover and forecast growth opportunities in our existing customer base
- Promote add-on services, uncover organic sales opportunities and manage contract renewals
- Coordinate with marketing on customer communications, educational webinars and promotions
- On-site, virtual and industry event meetings with existing customers

This is an in-office position working out of our Atlanta GA office
Annual compensation is $75,000
Requirements
- 4+ years ofcurrentB2B account management experience
- 4+ years of successful B2B sales experience
- 4+ years of experience (power user) with cloud-based CRM and Sales Enablement software (Zoho, NetSuite, MS Dynamics, Salesforce etc)
- Degree from an accredited college or 6+ years of progressive & relevant professional work experience
- Experience in Retail or Restaurant industry is a STRONG plus
