About the Job
Under the supervision of the VP of Sales, the Sales Account Manager will be responsible for year-over-year growth in assigned accounts by building strong customer relationships, effectively managing product portfolios, and executing projects that meet all customer expectations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement ongoing growth strategies for all accounts.

Effectively manage RFQs from receipt to formal submission to gain new/incremental business.

Leverage Sales and Marketing Collateral, Design Trends, Competitive Landscapes, Research, and Innovation to meet or exceed annual budgets by account.

Research and understand customer strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats within their competitive environment.

Develop and implement formal business reviews with each customer as required by the immediate supervisor.

Support and execute strategic corporate directives and deliverables.

Entertain customers outside of standard business meetings to foster relationship growth.

Competencies:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong business acumen with knowledge in the plumbing fixtures industry (highly preferred).

Exceptional project management and analytical skills, work efficiency, work ethic, and dependability.

Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Travel Requirements:

This position may require some travel throughout the U.S., including overnight lodging and occasional international travel as needed.

Ability to read, write, analyze, interpret, and respond to general business correspondence.

Education and Experience:

Bachelorâs degree in business or equivalent.

3-5 years of work experience in a related field or any other combination of education and experience.
Salary- $67k-$70k annual salary (bonus incentive upon successful completion of management objectives).
