We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Representative to join our team and sell our tailored dining approach to independent senior living communities across the United States.
As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our food service solutions, catering services, and specialized dining options, to key decision-makers within the senior setting. This is a target-driven role where you will work closely with the senior living sector to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions that enhance their dining experiences. We are seeking an entrepreneurial minded individual who can work autonomously and drive results in a new market.

What you'll do:
- Maintaining a thorough understanding of The SAGE Way and adapting it to address the specific needs of senior living communities.
- Collaborating with Operations and Strategy leaders to identify and implement enhancements in the senior living division.
- Proactively recommending adjustments to the SAGE Hospitality program based on feedback from senior living clients.
- Marketing and expanding SAGE's brand recognition in the senior living market through targeted mailings, site visits, and trade show participation.
What you'll need:
- Proven sales experience in the senior living field.
- Familiarity with culinary trends, techniques, and topics, especially those relevant to senior dining preferences.
- Strong, demonstrated communication skills (written and verbal).
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated planning and organizational proficiency.
- High energy, positive attitude, and superior ethics.
- Computer literacy: internet, spreadsheets, word processing, and Salesforce.
- Experience and proficiency in public speaking.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively.
- Strong leadership abilities.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work autonomously and drive results in a new market.
