About the Role:
As a Sales Account Executive, you will play a key role in identifying, prospecting, and closing new business opportunities. This is a chance to leverage your experience in staffing, recruiting, or professional services to drive revenue growth and build lasting client relationships.
What You'll Do:
- Identify and research prospective clients through cold calling, networking, referrals, and industry events.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within target organizations.
- Present customized solutions that address clients’ unique challenges and business objectives.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase our value proposition and differentiate from competitors.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline, accurately forecasting opportunities using CRM tools.
What We're Looking For:
·Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- At least 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in staffing, recruiting, professional services, BPO, RPO, or HRO.
- Familiarity with staffing or recruiting processes is a strong plus.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building successful client relationships.
- Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently or collaboratively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
