Job Opportunity: Account Executive (Remote)
We are currently seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Account Executive to join our team at our company, a Rapid Care Group company. As an Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving new business opportunities within the med-legal space. This is a remote position, offering a competitive salary plus commission structure.
Role Overview:
The Account Executive will be responsible for identifying strategic prospects and generating new revenue streams. Your primary focus will be on cultivating relationships with C-level executives within the med-legal sector, including mid to large community hospitals and clinics. By fostering effective connections and understanding client needs, you will contribute to increasing market penetration and achieving targeted revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and manage opportunities aligned with the organization's med-legal sales strategies.
Establish and nurture relationships directly with med-legal executives.
Manage complex selling opportunities to potential and existing clients.
Consistently meet or exceed established sales targets.
Strengthen relationships with existing customers to drive retention and growth.
Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and status reports through CRM tools.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices through networking and participation in industry associations.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of successful sales experience within the med-legal domain.
Strong understanding of med-legal processes and solutions.
Proven ability to identify key contacts and drive territory growth.
Demonstrated proficiency in cross-selling solutions.
Exceptional closing skills and sales cycle management.
Experience in lead generation across various channels (social media, LinkedIn, email & call campaigns, networking, trade shows).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation abilities.
Additional Information:
This position offers a home-based work environment with occasional travel requirements. Candidates should be capable of performing physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for prolonged periods. The ability to lift up to 20 lbs is necessary.
