Sales Account Executive - American Income Life

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Sales Representative for Life Insurance. As a sales representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our life insurance products to potential clients. You will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:
1. Contact potential clients to understand their insurance needs and present suitable life insurance options.
2. Educate clients on the benefits and features of different life insurance policies.
3. Provide personalized recommendations and advice to help clients make informed decisions.
4. Prepare and present insurance quotes to clients, explaining the coverage, terms, and conditions.
5. Close sales deals and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
6. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including client interactions and follow-ups.
7. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitors to effectively position our offerings.

Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
4. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
5. Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales.
6. Knowledge of life insurance products, policies, and regulations.
7. Ability to understand and explain complex insurance concepts in a simple and clear manner.
8. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
9. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
10. High level of integrity and ethical conduct.
11. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
