Sales Representative - Real Estate Services

Currently, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as a Sales Representative. If you possess a proven track record in sales, recruitment, or account management, and have a knack for building strong relationships, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Building Partnerships: Cultivate relationships with both new and existing real estate organizations and independent agents.
- Training and Support: Assist in onboarding, training, and supporting real estate agents with their needs, including order entry, technical support, and sales materials.
- Territory Management: Travel throughout NJ, NY, and DE to meet with real estate professionals, conduct presentations, and distribute marketing materials.
- Sales Generation: Promote the benefits of our comprehensive warranty plans, conduct one-on-one presentations, and close sales deals.
- Networking: Attend networking functions within the real estate community to expand business opportunities.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of interactions and activities using CRM software, and provide regular updates on progress.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of successful sales, recruiting, or account management experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Valid driver's license.
Preferred Experience:
- Previous experience in home warranty, real estate, title, or mortgage industries.
