Sensera Systems designs and manufactures solutions for real-time job site intelligence. Our flagship products include compact solar/wireless cameras and software that provide end-to-end solutions for visual monitoring. We serve construction, government, energy & utilities, and other industrial markets. Over 100 cities and municipalities across the U.S. use Sensera solutions to improve their public works, law enforcement, and community engagement.
Thanks to continued growth and success, we are seeking an Account Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in SaaS solution sales, excelling in both short and long sales cycles, while working collaboratively with a SDR source. You will play a pivotal role in driving Sensera’s success through a range of responsibilities throughout the entire sales spectrum. From cultivating and nurturing client relationships to leading every facet of the sales process. You will craft compelling presentations, collaborate seamlessly with internal teams, meticulously manage the sales pipeline, and consistently exceed performance metrics.
Compensation: $200,000 OTE
Skills & Requirements:
Who You Are:
- Minimum years of proven experience in software sales or highly consultative sales to business and/or government clients.
- Successful and demonstrated history of consistently exceeding sales quotas in previous field sales roles.
- Successful track record of managing a sales funnel with deals valued between $25K to $150K ACV.
- Strong aptitude for technology and the ability to rapidly acquire knowledge of new technologies.
- Proficiency in Sales Engagement tools like Salesforce.com, SalesLoft, or similar platforms.
- Exceptional skills in communication, presentation, negotiation, closing, organization, and teamwork.
- Proven ability to proactively generate new business through prospecting methods with proven results
- Self-motivated and driven, with a strong resiliency and growth mindset.
- Adaptability to handle multiple priorities and goals.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Natural curiosity and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Construction industry experience and selling hardware, software a plus!
