The Senior Analyst of Identity & Access Management (IAM), SailPoint Administrator will assist the IAM Management in administering and maintaining Maximus's Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) program, including administrative and support activities, identity enforcement, and access governance. This position will be responsible for the analysis, monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance of all layers of the SailPoint IdentityIQ application in addition to secondary support of IAM applications. The SailPoint Administrator will directly contribute to the overall enterprise IGA architecture and the delivery of the security vision and strategy within the broader scope of the IAM program.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform complex risk analyses and risk assessment.
- Establish and satisfy Information Assurance (IA) and security requirements based upon the analysis of user, policy, regulatory, and resource demands.
- Support customers in the development and implementation of doctrine and policies.
- Advise information system owners on client/project security policies and requirements for systems.
- Keep abreast of emerging security technologies and make appropriate recommendations regarding the enhancement of the security posture of systems and their implementation.
Project Responsibilities:
- Support, troubleshoot, and maintain SailPoint IdentityIQ tenants
- Provide subject matter expertise on Identity Governance and Administration
- Control, monitor, and audit privileged access to systems and applications
- Support and troubleshoot the design and implementation of security roles, profiles, and entitlement
- Perform access reviews and compliance audits
- Assist in the development and documentation of IAM policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines
- Create and conduct training for staff on the use of IGA related tools and processes
- Participate in other information security projects and operational duties
- Perform other duties as necessary and assigned, including operational ticket-assigned support.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in related field.
- 5-7 years of relevant professional experience required.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience considered in lieu of degree.
Project Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 5 years of security or technology related experience, with at least 3 years in identity management. CISSP certification desirable.
- Minimum of 3 years of administrative and support experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ. Familiarity of SailPoint Identity Security Cloud a plus.
- Preferred certification: SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Associate
- Knowledge in enterprise directory services and integrations (Active Directory, LDAP, SAML)
- Experience in one or more of the following technologies: Azure AD, ADFS, SSO, multi-factor authentication, SAML, IGA, or Privileged Access Management
- Ability to communicate technical information in understandable business terms
- Excellent interpersonal skills, presentation skills, and verbal / written communication skills
- Strong customer service abilities required.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a broad range of staff. Skilled in Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, Visio, MS Project, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment
- Ability to execute many complex tasks simultaneously, and work as a team member as well as independently

Pay Transparency
Maximus compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to job location, a candidate's education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value analysis including seniority and merit systems, as well as internal pay alignment. Annual salary is just one component of Maximus's total compensation package. Other rewards may include short- and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards. Additionally, Maximus provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off. Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience. An applicant's salary history will not be used in determining compensation. Maximus will comply with regulatory minimum wage rates and exempt salary thresholds in all instances.
