We are looking to hire a Forklift Team Lead For a Green Products Recovery Company with operations across the United States.

Location:        Bronx, NY
Role:               Operations Safety Support Manager
Pay:                 55k - 65k Yearly 
Schedule:       Monday to Friday (Some Saturdays)
First Shift:      6:30 AM to 3:30 pm until completion
 
Position Summary The Operations Support Manager position is responsible for carrying out a company's production strategy and making sure that the appropriate staffing, organization, and supply procedures are in place. This position may also support the department in resolving operational issues, monitor daily workflows to ensure operational needs are met, and ensuring staff safety when working in potentially hazardous settings like a plant.
 

Key aspects of the role:

• Direct supervision of 1st shift operations team
• Strong focus on implementing and maintaining safety protocols
• Monitoring manufacturing operations, quality controls, and logistics
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across facilities
• Maintaining and developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Coordinating production and warehouse functions
• Establishing security processes to protect employees and property

 

The ideal candidate should h

• 5+ years of production management experience in industrial environments
• Bachelor's degree (technical/vocational) or equivalent work experience
• Strong leadership and team-building abilities
• Experience with budget responsibilities
• Proficiency in MS Office applications

 

Travel is not required.
