Role Description

This is a full-time Safety Supervisor role at Schmidt Electric Co., Inc. located in Austin, TX. The Safety Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing health and safety protocols on-site, conducting safety training, managing safety engineering initiatives, ensuring occupational health standards, and leading accident investigations.

Qualifications

• Health & Safety, Safety Training, and Occupational Health skills
• Safety Engineering expertise
• Tool Box talks / LOTO
• OSHA 500
• Knowledge of Osha regulations
• Experience in accident investigation
• Certifications in safety management are a plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and standards
• Previous experience in the electrical or construction industry is beneficial
