Safety Specialist - Management Recruiters of Tallahassee

Responsibilities:

• Conduct risk assessments and safety audits.
• Develop and implement safety policies and procedures.
• Perform regular inspections to identify hazards and ensure compliance.
• Provide training and support to employees on EH&S practices.
• Collaborate with management to mitigate potential risks.
• Report on safety metrics and maintain documentation.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to EH&S.

Requirements:

• Must be bilingual (English and Spanish)
• Proven experience in an EH&S role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of relevant regulations (OSHA, EPA, etc.).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Certification (e.g., CSP, CIH) is a plus.
