Compensation Package:
$80k - $100k

Location: Philadelphia, PA
Hours: 40 hours, M-F, first shift. Possibility of OT with emergencies and storm work. Storm work can be anywhere in the US, must be willing to travel
Staffing Type: Permanent Placement/Direct Hire
Position approx Start: Immediate Need
Scope of Work: Safety management for an electrical contractor. Must have a heavy non-safety electrical construction background. The client will work on traffic signals, installation, the ITS board on the expressways, street lights, and maintenance.
Location: Philadelphia or Exeter, PA - 2 ½ hours apart.
Travel required: 30% of time in the office, 70% travel (depending on project schedule)
Qualifications/Education/ Experience:
Bachelor's degree in OSHA or 5+ years experience in construction safety, OSHA 30 & DOL card Must have a heavy non-safety electrical construction background
Skills:
- Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Outgoing personality, self-motivated
- Excellent customer service, telephone, electronic, and written communication skills. Analyze and recommend improvements for safe work practices, policies, and training programs.
- Technical experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office products such as Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Use of standard office equipment.
- Organization, attention to detail, flexibility, and strong ability to multi-task interfacing with multiple client situations on any given workday.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment without direct supervision. Must embrace a team-based, initiative-driven environment.
- Effectively work with others to build consensus and rapport
- Work conditions are typically warehouse, clinical, manufacturing facilities, construction projects, and field conditions. May require working after hours, occasional weekends to respond to emergency or non-emergency situations
