Location: Dexter, Missouri
Role: Construction Safety Manager
Salary: $65k - $85k + $2k relocation bonus
Housing Assistance: Hotel accommodations provided temporarily during relocation
⏳ Start Date: ASAP
⏰ Schedule: M-F, 8-hour shifts (40 hours/week)

Scope of Work: Commercial remodels & Disaster work for large retailers (Walmart, Sams, CVS and etc)

Key Responsibilities:

• Travel (25%):

  • Work across 49 states, with disaster response twice a year.
  • Be ready for next-day travel during emergencies, staying onsite for 1-2 weeks max.
  • Drive long distances (company car and fuel card provided).

• Office-Based Work (75%):

  • Conduct new hire trainings and OSHA 10 & 30 courses (approximately 2 hires/month).
  • Train employees for their sister company (Risen Mechanical), specializing in electrical and refrigeration work.
  • Oversee safety compliance for general construction projects and subcontractor operations.

Qualifications:

• Required Certifications & Experience:

  • OSHA 500 or 501 certification or willingness to obtain the 500 cert upon hiring.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • 5+ years of safety experience.
  • 3+ years as an OSHA Outreach Trainer.
  • Familiarity with ISNetworld compliance systems.

• Preferred Skills:

  • General construction experience.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
