Job Title: Safety Manager

We are seeking a Safety Manager to collaborate with the Operations Team in promoting Southway's safety culture and enhancing our safety program.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement safety policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular safety audits and inspections.
• Provide training and support to staff on safety practices.
• Analyze incident reports and recommend improvements.
• Stay current on safety regulations and industry standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Safety Management or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in safety management.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
