Responsibilities:
- Safety:
- Maintain comprehensive safety programs and policies.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits.
- Investigate accidents and incidents, implement corrective actions, and report findings.
- Coordinate safety training programs.
- Promote a positive safety culture.
- Quality Control:
- Back-up for quality control
- Floor Support:
- Actively engage with production teams to provide real-time safety guidance and support.
- Assist in troubleshooting safety and quality issues on the production floor.
- Contribute to production activities as needed, such as packing, assembly, or other tasks.
- Promote safe work practices and encourage employee participation in safety initiatives.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Physical Demands: This position requires frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, and carrying heavy objects. The ability to work in a fast-paced, noisy, and sometimes dirty environment is essential.
