Generic Managerial Skills:
·         10-12 years' experience not exceeding 15 years
·         Scrum masters be in the role in at least two previous organizations
·         Have some technical background (at least some development or QA experience)
·         Not more than 15 years' experience.
·         Worked on Agile methodology and understand SAFE Agile process
·         Onsite 5 days a week - Long Island City
·         Excellent Communication Skills and prefer to have local hiring.
·         Facilitate meetings (daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo and retrospective)
·         Conflict resolutions.
·         Agile Estimating and planning.
·         Creating communication channel (team, Product owner, stakeholder)
·         Facilitate meetings (daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo and retrospective) Shielding the team.
