Volt is immediately hiring a Remote Regulatory Affairs Specialist in Maplewood, MN, with a well-known industry leader.
In this role you will be responsible for managing regulatory projects and ensuring compliance for our international markets.
This is a first shift position.
As a Regulatory Affairs Specialist you will:
- Lead and manage regulatory projects for international markets, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Develop and implement project plans and timelines, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful completion of projects.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis of regulations and standards in different countries, and provide recommendations for compliance strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as R&D, marketing, and legal, to ensure product compliance and alignment with regulatory requirements.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all regulatory activities and maintain organized records for audit purposes.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings and provide guidance and support on regulatory issues and requirements.
- Proactively identify potential risks and issues related to regulatory compliance, and develop and implement mitigation strategies.
- Mentor and train team members on international regulatory affairs and project management principles.
- Continuously improve and streamline processes related to international regulatory affairs and project management to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution.
- Seven (7) years of combined experience in Regulatory Affairs in a private, public, government or military environment.

$36 - $37 per annum
