Role Overview:
As a valued member of our team, you will serve as a pivotal player in driving revenue growth by forging strong relationships with potential staffing partners. Your role will involve executing strategic sales initiatives, conducting engaging presentations, and nurturing leads through various channels. Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed individual and team quotas.
Identify, qualify, and nurture leads through proactive outreach efforts, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events.
Deliver compelling virtual demonstrations and presentations of our platform to prospective clients.
Guide clients through the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing support for new clients.
Provide regular sales updates, forecasts, and reports to management.
Stay abreast of market trends, competitors, and industry developments to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in B2B SaaS sales, preferably within the staffing or HR tech sector.
Proficiency in ATS platforms, with experience in Bullhorn or similar systems preferred.
Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets consistently.
Deep understanding of the staffing industry, its challenges, and opportunities.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
Willingness to travel occasionally for meetings, conferences, and trade shows.
Familiarity with CRM platforms, such as FreshSales or HubSpot, is advantageous.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
