About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Product Operations Release Manager (P3) to join our Value Acceleration Services team. In this role, you will promote collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement while championing best practices in program management and execution. You'll play a critical role in fostering an outcome-focused environment that enhances the customer experience and drives excellence in product delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Technical Acumen: Guide project planning and execution by leveraging software development best practices and standards.
• Customer Experience: Represent customer needs and preferences, ensuring a customer-centric approach to program initiatives.
• Problem Solving: Analyze and address complex challenges during project execution, developing innovative solutions.
• Program Management: Support complex, cross-functional program activities, ensuring alignment with outcomes and timelines. Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with global teams to understand project requirements, prioritize tasks, and deliver quality solutions while fostering effective communication.
• Learn and Grow: Engage in continuous learning opportunities and participate in initiatives to enhance your skills.
• Process Improvement: Contribute to process enhancements for efficient and effective program delivery.
• Risk Management: Identify risks early, develop mitigation strategies, and monitor throughout the program lifecycle.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Release Management or a related role within a SaaS organization.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and tools for project and release management.
• Experience managing the full release lifecycle, including scheduling, coordination, and oversight across multiple environments.
• Knowledge of change management principles, practices, and request processing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead global, cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
• High ownership and accountability mindset.
• Hybrid work environment: Must work in the office three or more days per week.
