As a member of the S4H Program Team, this Program Management and Communication Support role will be responsible for support of program management activities and driving program communication focused on the delivery of the program to transition from SAP ECC to SAP S4 HANA.
This role requires working at the PMO (program management office) level based on program needs, including:

Description:
As a member of the S4H Program Team, this Program Management and Communication Support role will be responsible for support of program management activities and driving program communication focused on the delivery of the program to transition from SAP ECC to SAP S4 HANA.
This role requires working at the PMO (program management office) level based on program needs, including:
- Understands overall program scope and deliverable map against release timeline
- Formulates and manages program communications and distribution lists
- Manages program team roster, program org chart, vendor onboarding
- Develops and administers reward and recognition program
- Support engagement activities across program teams
- Manages program all hands content and logistics
- Support operating committee and steering committee onboarding
- Drive effectiveness of program SharePoint

Requirements
- 2-4+ years of Program Management and communication experience
- Drive project execution by monitoring project status, gathering stakeholder responses and needs, monitoring project scope and progress to plan
- Experience delivering strategic and creative communications that drive transparency
- Must be a quick learner who can connect the dots
- Personality and presence to interact effectively with team members through executive-level stakeholders
- Program/Project management experience using a formal methodology including Agile, scrum, Waterfall
- Proven ability to manage complex project plans, scope, schedule, cost, quality, stakeholder communication, staffing, risks and issues
- Ability to multi-task between concurrent assignments, prioritize effectively, and adapt quickly to changing priorities, assignments, and roles
- Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Creative and proactive problem solver self-motivated with ability to work well in teams and cross-departments
- Advanced skills in SharePoint, JIRA, MS Office Excel and PowerPoint
