Job Title: Runner/Expo

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate between kitchen staff and guests to ensure timely food delivery.
• Present and describe dishes to guests, highlighting ingredients and preparation methods.
• Monitor food quality and presentation before serving.
• Handle guest requests and communicate them to the kitchen efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
