Familiarity with tools like the 10-Key Adding Machine and basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel, will further support your success in this versatile position.
Knowledge and skills required for the position are:
- Provide quality customer service to both internal and external customers.
- Acknowledge the customer immediately and follow the Non-Negotiable guidelines.
- Handle customer needs and inquiries with accuracy and efficiency.
- Balance teller drawer daily and comply with all teller standards and bank procedures. Keep cash secure to maintain a high level of security.
- Complete all necessary documentation for customers in accordance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain a neat and clean professional appearance and demonstrate dependability and flexibility in performing the duties of this position.
- Participate in available training and utilize bank resources and products to strengthen job knowledge.
- Cross train to cover other areas and broaden understanding of overall banking services.
- Recognize opportunities to cross sell bank products and services to existing and prospective customers.

- Cash handling experience is required, previous banking experiencer preferred!
