Job Title: Routing Dispatcher

Job Summary:

Partners with EFO associates to administer the day-to-day routes and assigned work orders for designated territory. Serves as the primary point of contact for EFO associates on route changes, time off, and other questions. Take calls for ad hoc or emergency work orders from internal EMCOR teams. Trained in both routing and work order systems to assist in meeting client expectations for work order completion.

This role is hybrid in either Norristown, PA or Tempe, AZ.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for ensuring EFO associates are on track with their daily planned routes. Maintains clear and ongoing communication with Customers, Technicians, and other employees related to all manners of the work order to ensure work meets or exceeds customer expectations.
• Assists with re-routing work orders as necessary to accommodate changing priorities, emergency work orders, etc. Ensures work orders are update in applicable systems.
• Follows dispatch process based on priority level. Dispatch technicians in a timely manner to minimize technician downtime and document work orders with name of technician who accepted.
• Status EFO associates in routing software based on PTO, and availability. Makes adjustments as needed.
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• BA/BS from an accredited college or university or equivalent in education and work experience.
• One to two years in a call center environment or related experience
• Knowledge or history of working with routing software technology
