We’re searching for a dynamic Route Supervisor to steer the activities of our drivers, floaters, and lead team members while ensuring operational excellence, safety, and customer satisfaction. What You'll Do as a Route Supervisor:

Your day-to-day will be anything but routine as you:

• Lead and Inspire: Motivate drivers to kickstart their routes on time and complete tasks efficiently.
• Keep Operations on Track: Monitor daily routes, weight slips, and route sheets to streamline efficiency and make impactful recommendations.
• Problem-Solve in Real Time: Investigate and resolve customer concerns and tackle employee relations issues with professionalism.
• Coach and Develop Talent: Foster a collaborative and high-performing team with guidance, recognition, and training.
• Drive Safety and Compliance: Oversee safety programs, conduct inspections, and ensure all OSHA and DOT regulations are followed.
• Be Hands-On: Conduct field audits, train new hires, and ensure timely and accurate bin/barrel deliveries and exchanges.

What We’re Looking For as a Route Supervisor:

• Proven leadership with 5+ years of supervisory experience (waste industry knowledge is a plus).
• A team builder who thrives in fast-paced environments with excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities to identify trends and create action plans.
• Valid California Driver's License and a clean driving record required.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English? That’s a bonus we’d love!

What to Expect as a Route Supervisor:

You'll be part of a team that values safety, precision, and results. While this role requires physical stamina—lifting up to 50 lbs and working outdoors in various weather conditions—you’ll thrive in a hands-on, ever-evolving environment.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, with some weekends as needed.
