• Experience: Proven roofing and construction management experience.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent, possibly with relevant certifications.
• Roofing Knowledge: Expertise in roofing materials, techniques, and safety standards.
• Leadership Skills: Ability to lead roofing crews, delegate tasks, and ensure project completion.
• Communication: Strong verbal, written, and blueprint interpretation skills.
• Safety Compliance: Knowledge of safety regulations and practices in roofing.
